No. Manufacturing is performed by third-party partner factories. Jeton provides the agreed coordination, receiving, optional inspection, packaging, warehousing and logistics modules.

Can Jeton guarantee supplier quality?
No service can guarantee zero defects. An approved sample, measurable criteria and an agreed inspection method can reduce risk and improve evidence.
Can I use my own supplier?
Yes. Jeton can receive eligible goods from a customer-selected supplier, subject to project, route and service review.
Do you support small batches?
Many cases are designed around samples, pilots and small-batch replenishment, but minimum quantities depend on the factory and packaging format.
Can every product ship to every country?
No. Eligibility depends on contents, materials, treatment, batteries or electrical features, claims, origin and destination rules.
Who handles customs duties and taxes?
The applicable shipping term and quotation define the arrangement. Customs authorities may assess duties, taxes or additional requirements.

Are JetonEtsy and JetonDock different companies?
No. Both are service projects of JETON EXPRESS SERVICE (HONGKONG) LTD. JetonEtsy emphasizes supplier cases, custom packaging and category fulfillment; JetonDock emphasizes purchasing, consolidation and parcel forwarding.
When should I request custom packaging?
Raise packaging before bulk product completion whenever possible. Product dimensions, artwork, quantity, destination and fulfillment method affect the format, sample plan, MOQ and lead time.
What happens when goods reach the Jeton warehouse?
Jeton records the agreed receiving information, performs only the ordered checks, and then follows the approved sorting, labeling, packaging, storage or dispatch instructions.
Can Jeton receive goods from a supplier I already use?
Yes, subject to product and route review. Provide the supplier details, domestic tracking or delivery plan, SKU list and the services required after arrival. Jeton can then confirm receiving, optional checks, packaging, storage and dispatch modules.
What is needed for an inspection quotation?
Send the approved reference, checklist, tolerance, quantity and preferred sample size. State whether evidence should include photographs, measurements, counts or simple function checks. Product testing or certification requires a qualified third party when applicable.
Can custom packaging be stored for later orders?
Eligible packaging can be received and stored by SKU or project, then combined with products during fulfillment. Storage terms, remaining quantities, compatibility and replenishment timing are confirmed for the specific project.
Do you support Shopify or marketplace orders?
Order workflows can be reviewed for Shopify and other sales channels, but integration and processing scope depend on the store, destination, volume and SKU structure. Confirmed instructions determine how orders are imported, packed and dispatched.
How are shipping prices calculated?
Shipping depends on destination, product eligibility, packed dimensions, chargeable weight, service level, customs terms and current carrier conditions. A product price alone is not enough; final packing information is required for a useful estimate.
Can I begin before choosing a factory?
Yes. Share the product concept, specification, target market, quantity and budget assumptions. Jeton can help organize supplier and sample discussions, while the final factory capability, commercial terms and product evidence still require project-specific confirmation.
Can several suppliers be consolidated?
Eligible goods from several suppliers may be received and consolidated after the SKU list, delivery timing, carton records and compatibility are reviewed. Products with conflicting storage, transport or compliance requirements may need separate handling.
What happens if received goods do not match the reference?
Jeton records the agreed evidence and reports the exception. The client, supplier and Jeton then decide whether to accept, sort, rework, replace, return or hold the affected goods according to responsibility and commercial agreement.
Do you provide product certification?
Jeton does not issue product certificates. When testing or certification is required, the relevant product, standard, market and laboratory scope must be confirmed. Jeton may coordinate documents or samples only when included in the project.
How long can inventory remain in storage?
Storage eligibility, free period if any, ongoing charges, carton limits and slow-moving stock rules are confirmed per project. Products that are hazardous, perishable, regulated or unsuitable for the facility may not be accepted.
Can packaging and products come from different factories?
Yes, when both suppliers and the route are eligible. Jeton can receive packaging and products separately, record the quantities and combine them according to an approved pack-out instruction.
