JetonEtsyTerms of service
These terms apply to JetonEtsy services provided by JETON EXPRESS SERVICE (HONGKONG) LTD., effective August 31, 2026. JetonEtsy and JetonDock are two service projects of the same company, with different operational emphasis.
JETON EXPRESS SERVICE (HONGKONG) LTD. operates both JetonEtsy and JetonDock. JetonEtsy focuses on specialist suppliers, custom products, packaging and category fulfillment; JetonDock focuses on purchasing support, consolidation and parcel forwarding. A request may be routed between the projects without changing the contracting company.
Users must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any represented business. Product specifications, quantities, destination, recipient information, trademarks, claims and compliance instructions must be accurate, complete and kept current.
Only modules expressly confirmed in a quotation, order confirmation or service agreement are included. Product availability, factory capacity, price, exchange rate, freight charges, storage and timing remain subject to confirmation before processing.
Partner factories manufacture the products and are responsible for materials, workmanship and factory-level controls. Jeton coordinates only the sourcing, follow-up, receiving, inspection, packaging, storage or delivery modules specifically ordered.
Samples and inspections are evaluated against the agreed reference, checklist, tolerance, method and sampling level. They reduce risk but do not guarantee zero defects. Custom packaging requires customer approval of artwork, dimensions, trademarks and any destination marks.
Work begins after the required payment or deposit is confirmed. Cancellation or modification is subject to the stage already reached, supplier commitments, completed work and non-recoverable material, tooling, payment or transport costs.
Storage limits, charges and handling rules are confirmed per project. Transit times are estimates. Customers and recipients remain responsible for destination eligibility, declarations, duties, taxes and cooperation with customs unless a written quotation states otherwise.
Users must not request illegal, counterfeit, infringing, unsafe or transport-restricted goods. The customer is responsible for rights to submitted artwork, logos and claims and for obtaining product-specific compliance evidence required in the destination market.
Damage, loss, shortage, incorrect item or service claims must be reported within the applicable project or carrier deadline with order details, packaging photos, product evidence, shipping label and other reasonably requested records. Remedies depend on verified responsibility, supplier terms, carrier rules and the accepted project agreement.
Services are provided on an available basis and may be affected by supplier failure, customs action, carrier delay, weather, congestion, regulatory change or other events beyond reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; any project-specific cap is defined by the accepted agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and otherwise submitted to competent Hong Kong courts. A signed or accepted project quotation or agreement prevails if it conflicts with these website terms.
