06

When supplier coordination is useful

JetonEtsy is designed for product businesses that already have a concept, supplier lead or approved item but need a controlled handoff between production and international delivery. The service can also begin earlier when specifications, samples or packaging still need clarification.

  • Independent brands preparing a first production run
  • E-commerce sellers moving from marketplace sourcing to repeat inventory
  • Studios building kits, assortments or personalized products
  • Businesses using their own factory but needing receiving and fulfillment
07

How service scope is defined

Each project is divided into measurable modules rather than sold as an undefined all-in-one promise. The quotation records the product, supplier status, destination, quantity, required evidence, inspection method, packaging work, storage expectation and shipping assumption. Work that is not confirmed is not treated as included.

  • Factory and sample coordination
  • Receiving records and optional inspection points
  • Packaging, labeling, kitting and storage instructions
  • Dispatch method, documentation and exception handling
08

Information that improves a quotation

A useful quotation depends on more than a product link. Send the current specification, variants, quantity, destination, launch date and supplier status. Add packaging dimensions, artwork, compliance information or an approved sample when available. Clear inputs reduce revision cycles and expose route or packaging risks before inventory is committed.

09

What Jeton does not replace

Partner factories remain responsible for manufacturing, materials, workmanship and factory quality control. Jeton does not replace product certification bodies, customs authorities, legal advisers or destination-market testing. We coordinate only the agreed operational layer and identify when specialist evidence or approval is still required.

10

From pilot order to repeat operation

A small pilot should test the parts of the workflow that create the most uncertainty: supplier communication, product identity, inspection evidence, packaging fit, packed dimensions and the delivery route. The result is not simply a shipped sample. It is an updated specification and operating record that can be reused for a larger batch. Before scaling, the team reviews defects, packaging damage, handling time, shipping cost and any customer-facing mismatch.

11

Pricing and lead-time variables

Service pricing is project-specific because handling differs by product and order model. Important variables include supplier count, SKU quantity, carton volume, inspection sample size, packaging assembly, labeling, storage period, order frequency, destination and carrier option. Production lead time belongs to the factory; Jeton separately confirms the expected time for receiving, ordered preparation modules and dispatch. Peak seasons, custom packaging and compliance checks can extend the schedule.
